From Feedback to Action | Internal ‘You Said, We Did’ Film

Vibrant ‘You said, we did’ animation turning survey feedback into clear actions, showing employees how their input drove change quickly.

Approach: We distilled survey themes into a simple animated narrative, pairing “what you said” with “what we did” in clear, punchy messaging.

When employees take the time to share feedback, they need to see what happens next. This project was built to “close the loop” quickly – turning survey insights into a simple, accessible story that shows people their voice has led to real action.

We created a short, vibrant animation that brings key themes together and highlights the initiatives introduced in response. With clear structure, readable on-screen messaging and a fast, engaging pace, the film makes it easy for employees to understand what changed and why – an effective “you said, we did” format that supports trust, transparency and ongoing engagement.
