Approach: We produced PRIDECast end-to-end, shaping each episode around honest conversations and supportive storytelling with Welcome Break colleagues.
Impact: A repeatable internal format that strengthens belonging, sparks conversation and gives people a platform to be heard during Pride month.
Every year during PRIDE month, we work closely with Welcome Break to produce PRIDECast –Ā an internal podcast made by their people, for their people. Each episode creates space for colleagues to share real experiences and perspectives across a range of topics, helping the organisation celebrate Pride in a way that feels human, thoughtful and genuine.
Our role is to support the series from planning through to delivery, ensuring each conversation is handled with care and crafted into an engaging, listenable episode. The result is content that builds connection and understanding across the business – powerful stories that promote belonging, encourage allyship, and remind people theyāre not alone in their experience.
