Approach: We created a comic-book world where the film flips through illustrated pages, then zooms into hand-drawn frames that reveal real-world scenes.
Impact: A fun, high-impact opener that builds atmosphere, lands key messages and sets the tone—while giving the audience a memorable first moment.

Designed as a high-energy conference warm-up, this fun comic-style film tells the story of senior leaders’ efforts to get to the event, before they’re introduced on stage. It blends humour with carefully placed facts and stats, building a positive atmosphere and getting the room engaged from the very start.

To make it feel genuinely distinctive, we developed a full comic-book visual style: the film “flicks” through pages, then zooms into hand-drawn panels that transform into live-action scenes. Shot across multiple UK locations over several days, the final piece feels bigger than a typical opener, combining crafted design with real-world production to create a playful, pacey launch into the conference.
