Impact: A warm, outcomes-led recruitment and stakeholder film that strengthens the programme’s story and showcases impact through lived experience.

For G15 Accelerate, we produced a film centred on the voices of the latest cohort – capturing what the programme involved, what they learned, and the difference it’s made to their confidence and career direction. G15 is a CEO-led group of London’s largest housing associations, which collectively house around one in ten Londoners and provide some of the capital’s biggest affordable housing supply.

Rather than relying on generic messaging, the film focuses on authentic testimony and real outcomes, bringing to life why Accelerate exists: a CMI-accredited leadership programme designed to support minority ethnic managers and help break down progression barriers across the sector.
