KeolisAmey Docklands commissioned a longer-form case study film to shine a light on the community work happening across the DLR network. The aim was to showcase the Community Ambassador team in a way that felt real and grounded—giving audiences a genuine insight into the support they provide and why it matters.

Shot in a documentary style, we stayed close to the action to capture authentic moments and the realities of the role, creating a film that works for both internal engagement and external storytelling. The final piece also supported the launch of DLR Community Assist, helping introduce the initiative with clarity and credibility while reinforcing KAD’s commitment to the communities the DLR serves.
