adidas launched Every Moment Matters, a new customer experience cultural change programme for retail teams worldwide. They asked us to create a high-impact internal campaign film that didn’t feel like “training content” – it needed to carry the energy, pace and confidence of an adidas brand advert while staying rooted in real store life.

Shot in the Oxford Street flagship with genuine adidas store colleagues, the film captures the moments that shape customer experience and turns them into something aspirational and motivating. The result is a global launch asset that set the tone for the programme from day one, bringing teams together around a shared standard and showing that in retail, every interaction really does matter.
