Client Partner

Job Title: Client Partner

Location: Hybrid Remote

Reporting to: Founder/Creative Director

Salary: Dependent on experience

We’re looking for a Client Partner to strengthen relationships with our clients, help deliver standout work, and grow accounts through insight and trust.

You’ll be a calm, confident presence across projects — keeping delivery smooth, managing feedback, and spotting ways we can add more value. You’ll lead the charge on delivering a best-in-class client experience — one that’s proactive, insightful, and strategically aligned with our clients’ goals.

You’ll also play an active role in growing the business: bringing in new leads, attending industry events, and feeding wider market insight back into the team to keep us evolving.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Production Lead to ensure smooth delivery, and report directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Growth

  • Be the main point of contact for all clients across live projects
  • Lead kick-off calls, regular updates, and wrap-ups
  • Create and deliver a best-in-class client experience — responsive, strategic, and dependable
  • Help shape briefs, manage feedback, and ensure we deliver real value
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through clear communication and strategic insight
  • Keep up to date with client activity and ensure our work aligns with their wider goals
  • Bring knowledge of the internal comms, employer brand or L&D landscape to every conversation

Project Flow & Delivery

  • Keep timelines updated and tasks moving using Monday.com
  • Maintain client folders, delivery portals, and feedback logs
  • Chase feedback or sign-off in a professional, friendly way
  • Support the Creative Production Lead in hitting deadlines and staying to brief

Strategic Growth & New Business

  • Spot and nurture opportunities within existing accounts
  • Stay up to date with trends in internal comms, video production, and related tools/tech
  • Share relevant industry insight to help shape content strategy for clients
  • Attend networking events and conferences to grow visibility and generate leads
  • Collaborate on creds decks, proposals, and renewals with the Founder
  • Help shape our positioning and bring new contacts into the business

You'll Be Great At This If You:

  • Have experience managing creative projects or clients (agency or in-house)
  • Know how to build long-term trust and rapport with senior stakeholders
  • Are naturally curious about how businesses communicate and how content supports culture
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring that insight into client conversations
  • Are confident helping shape strategy, not just delivery
  • Are proactive, well-organised, and always one step ahead
  • Bonus: experience working in a creative agency, or in internal comms, employer brand or L&D teams

Tools We Use:

  • Monday.com
  • Frame.io
  • Teams/Office 365

What You'll Get:

  • A pivotal role in a small, growing creative team
  • The autonomy to shape how we manage and grow client relationships
  • Exposure to leading brands and the people driving workplace culture
  • Hybrid working – flexible mix of remote and Leigh-on-Sea studio time
  • The chance to help shape the business, not just deliver for it
  • A supportive, creative team that values collaboration and innovation
  • Company bonus scheme (up to 10% of annual salary – reviewed and paid quarterly)
  • Commission scheme for bringing in new business
  • 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays & Christmas closure) – increasing after 2 years of service
  • Multiple progression opportunities within a growing company
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance
  • Access to private healthcare
  • Pension scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee discounts at over 30,000 different shops, leisure outlets, hotels & more
  • Company events
